The Tango Shopping Trolley with Seat marries the convenience of a wheeled shopping companion with the manoeuvrability of a pushed trolley. By pivoting the traditional mode of use, the trolley becomes more stable and easier to control; and keeping the trolley in the user’s line of sight leads to further security.
The padded lid of the basket doubles as a handy, comfortable seat which at 55cm high puts it at an easy height for most users to sit on and stand up from. The padded handle makes for all-day comfort, meaning it is a pleasure to push the cart around all day whilst out and about in town. Additionally, the brake is a single mechanism that follows the curvature of the handle; enabling the user to apply the brakes to the rear wheels with either hand (or indeed both hands at the same time) from any point on the handle. The brakes can then be locked in place using the single locking clip to keep the trolley stationary in order for the user to safely take a seat.
Setting this trolley apart are the unique bag patterns: designed to bring a smile and a shot of personality to this handy shopping companion. Even more, with the availability of spare bags, any user can choose to mix and match their selection depending on their mood.
The double front wheels can be set as forward facing or freed to pivot through 180 or 360 degrees depending on user preference, which allows complete control over the manoeuvrability of the cart. The brakes on the rear wheels can also be locked in place - keeping the trolley still whilst the user takes advantage of the padded bag lid and back strap which doubles as a generous and comfortable seat.
Easy to fold and lock in place, the shopping cart will stand independently when not in use.
