This pedal exerciser / mini exercise bike is an economical and compact piece of exercise equipment that is ideal for home use; helping to restore muscle strength, circulation and co-ordination.
The pedals themselves are designed to be comfortable to hold as well as easily accessible for the feet, meaning the exerciser can be used to work both the arms and the legs, depending on the area the user wishes to target. The resistance adjuster knob allows the user to work to a level they feel comfortable; increasing the resistance as they progress with their fitness and strength.
