The Scooter Cosy from Splash offers full body protection from wind and rain thanks to the waterproof and windproof fabric.

Easy to use - simply place the Cosy on the scooter seat, zip it up and drive off. The full length heavy duty zip opens up to allow easy access on and off the scooter; and the open ended bottom enables the user to comfortably straddle the scooter steering column.
