The fully waterproof fabric has slots at the rear of the garment that enable the handles of the wheelchair to protrude, thereby ensuring any carer can continue to push the chair unrestricted.
Convenient pop-fastened ties at the bottom of the cape enable the user to secure the poncho to the struts, preventing the garment from billowing out.
